About the Internship Anytime Fitness is offering a Fitness Management Internship for college students pursuing degrees in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, Business, or Marketing. This program gives you hands-on experience in health and fitness management, preparing you for a career in the industry. Interns will work directly with our Club Managers and training staff to learn how a successful fitness club operates. From member engagement to community events, you’ll gain valuable leadership and business skills while making a positive impact on people’s health and wellness. What You’ll Do Welcome members, give tours, and deliver great customer service Support community events and outreach initiatives Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures Learn about membership and training sales strategies Shadow managers to gain insight into leadership and club management Help manage member communications (phone, email, text, app) Qualifications Enrolled in a degree program in Exercise Science, Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or any related field Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn Strong communication and organizational skills 18 years or older (driver’s license preferred) Internship Benefits Flexible schedule to accommodate classes Free gym membership and access to training sessions Mentorship from experienced fitness managers Career pathway into management or personal training with Anytime Fitness Internship Locations Available Auburn Hills, Michigan Belleville, Michigan Brooklyn, Michigan Canton, Michigan Chelsea.
